Philips acquires the AmpLight solution

Philips and Amplex are announcing that the AmpLight™ streetlight management solution has been acquired by the Philips Lighting Electronics group.
With the acquisition, Philips wishes to strengthen their offerings of integral energy management solutions. At Amplex, we will continue to focus on our SmartGrid and water management systems.
